All are on-site within the shadow of the San Onofre Nuclear Power Station. During the period I was constructing these, plant security blew a loud warning siren attempting to drive me off. The work was made to underscore an operating nuclear plant next door to my hometown and all the perils that came with it. The work would quickly disappear with the tides.
